Our History
A LOVE FOR SAUSAGES
In our restaurant we serve expertly handcrafted sausages made in Sweden by a local butcher who uses only fresh natural ingredients. Together we have worked to come up with original and tasty recipes making our würst artisan sausage menu deliciously unique. We have carefully selected a local bakery here in Gothenburg whose daily bread delivery to our restaurant, means you’ll always get to eat your artisan sausage in a fresh brioche bun.
